As residents of the UK and citizens of a commonwealth country, we were able to vote in the election this week. In our constituency, (hampstead & kilburn) it was a close race and the winner prevailed by only 40 votes out of approx 50,000.

Some of the signs in our neighbourhood. Most of the signs were supporting the liberal democrats as they were pushing for a win here, but came in 3rd.

Anyway, it was pretty interesting and continues to be a topic for conversation. We were even stopped in the park today and interviewed by a journalist for a norwegian newspaper!?
