Portugal - the last chapter!
You might be beginning to think we were in Portugal for a month, it was in fact only a week, I just have been having trouble with the old delete button...so prepare yourself for a whole lotta pics...
Jake leading Grannie Annie down the path at our Quinta...
We explored the coastline and found some interesting looking steps.
Blustery day, we enjoyed some fresh seafood for lunch, including portugese prawns, lobster stew, and mussels!
Caught in the rain in Sintra, we took shelter at a local cafe. This woman didn't want to wait out the downpour!
Jake got a shower too:)
After the rain...
My fave pic of Gerry
Walking up the cobblestone streets of Sintra in search of linen for Anne and tile for me! I think we were both pleased with our purchases:)
More from Palacio de Pena. Anne & Gerry enjoying the view!
Jake makingi friends with local Portugese school children.
At 'Old Lavrador', we returned to this very friendly and yummy restaurant! Our waitress adopted Jake for the duration of our meal:)
This was a goat themed restaurant, from the food to the decor.
Back at our Quinta, Jake enjoying? some freshly picked fruit.
Very serious holiday...
Enjoying lunch outside our Quinta! It was such a pretty spot to eat!
Lounging by the pool
Cuddling up with Grannie Annie
A dip with dad
Not sure if drinking by the pool is allowed, but they let it slide...
