History and Drama

So a few months back, but worth a posting, Jake played a child evacuee in WWII in his drama play, and a farmer hunting rabbits. My favourite songs they sang were 'Obey your Air-Raid Warden' and 'Wish me Luck as you wave me goodbye'! Heart warming stuff I know:) His costume included a box that was supposed to hold a gas mask.

Rich took a few pics of the performance...the kids got to dance in one scene as they were finally free! The girls were preparing rabbit pie after Jake and another boy hunted and killed the rabbits!
