Bubbledogs

Bubbles (champagne) and Dogs (hot dogs) really?  Well, I was intrigued enough to give it a go for my 30-something birthday.  And am happy to report that it genuinely is a mouthwatering, satisfying combination.   Is it the saltiness of the dogs or the crisp bubbly to wash it down?  I'm not sure...but it works.  And because it is booked every evening for the next 3 months, we arranged to celebrate over lunch.  It turned out great and this way the boys were able to join in the fun.  They were so excited to come to mum's party!  Jake was a little disappointed not to get a party bag, but a delicious cupcake from hummingbird softened the blow...
